Marlene is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in people analytics, employee experience platforms, GenAI for HR and future of work. She has a strong background in the tech sector, having worked for Microsoft, IBM and LinkedIn. Currently, she leads the data & emerging HR tech team for workforce transformation at PwC Netherlands, and she oversees the EMEA platform alliances for emerging HR and employee experience. She is passionate about helping organizations leverage data and technology to create a positive and productive work environment for their employees. In 2024 her book HR Tech Strategy, revolutionize employee experience through HR-Tech Synergy got published. Additionally, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum, she is leading research on job augmentation in relation to GenAI and its impact on productivity.
