Sebastian Grund
Legal Counsel, International Monetary Fund
Sebastian Grund is a legal counsel at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He has published a book and several academic articles on sovereign debt restructuring as well as on EU monetary and financial law. Prior to his role with the IMF, he worked as a lawyer at the European Central Bank (2015-2019) and gained professional experience in the private sector. He holds a Master of Law from Harvard Law School and a Doctor of Law from the University of Vienna and is admitted as an attorney to the New York Bar.
