Mr Theisen holds a Master's degree in international affairs specializing in energy economics from the School of Global Policy and Strategy at the University of California, San Diego.
After working as an associate at the Regional Centre for Energy Policy Research (REKK) under the guidance of founder Peter Kaderjak in Budapest, he joined Bratislava-based GLOBSEC Policy Institute to lead a new energy programme and unlock the organizational potential for advancing CEE climate and sustainability topics spanning across sectors.
