Michaela Holl
Senior Associate, Agora Energiewende
Michaela Holl works as a Green Deal Senior Associate at independent think tank Agora Energiewende s EU office in Brussels since 2021, where she is in particularly involved in policies around hydrogen, renewables and infrastructure. Prior to this, she worked as a policy analyst at the European Commission for 16 years on a broad range of EU legislation from tobacco regulation to renewables, and energy efficiency. She also worked as assistant to Member of the European Parliament from 2002-2004.
Michaela holds a Master’s degree in European Economics from the College of Europe in Bruges and a Diploma in International Business and Cultural Studies. She was co-host of the bimonthly Watt Matters Podcast on EU energy policy until 2024.
