
Hlib Vyshlinsky
Executive Director, Centre for Economic Strategy (CES),
Hlib Vyshlinsky is Executive Director at the Centre for Economic Strategy (CES), an independent policy think tank founded in May 2015. Its goal is to support reforms in Ukraine in order to achieve sustainable economic growth. CES contributes to the development of an economic growth strategy for Ukraine, conducts independent analysis of the most important policy issues, and builds public support for reforms.
In December 2015, Hlib was elected as a Board Member of the “Reanimation Package of Reforms”, Ukraine’s largest NGO coalition. In November 2016 and in December 2017 he was re-elected as a Board Member of the RPR.
Hlib has over 20 years of experience in economic analysis and research. From 2010 to April 2015, he was Deputy Managing Director at GfK Ukraine, the country’s leading marketing and opinion research agency. He worked at GfK Ukraine since 2003. Prior to that, during 1997-2003 he was Senior Economist, Publications Director and Deputy Director of the International Centre for Policy Studies. Hlib began his career as an economic journalist and editor, working in different mass media during 1993-1998.
Hlib obtained a Master’s degree in Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine, the “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
