Simone Signore

Research Officer, European Investment Fund,

Simone Signore is Research Officer in EIF’s Research & Market Analysis team and works mainly on topics related to impact assessment for different product lines (debt / equity). Previously, Simone worked as policy assistant at the European Commission (DG ECFIN), contributing, among others, to the ex-ante assessment for the EU SME Initiative. He holds a master degree in Economics from University Bocconi in Milan, where he also took part in a research project focused on innovation policy for SMEs. His main areas of expertise include: policy evaluation, econometric modelling and quantitative assessment. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.
