Rocco De Miglio
E4SMA,
Rocco De Miglio is an expert in the development and application of integrated decision support systems for the energy and climate sectors. He is the lead architect of the Central Asian Caspian energy system model (TIMES-CAC), and the co-founder of E4SMA srl.
He has an extensive experience in system modelling and policy analysis projects, and in technical assistance activities like the support in the finalisation of the NECPs of some EU-MSs.
He holds a Master’s degree in Energy Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Italy) where he worked as a research assistant for 7 years. He is registered at the Association of Engineers of Torino (Italy).
