Michael Gerald Pollitt

Michael Pollitt is Professor of Business Economics at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He is an Assistant Director of the Energy Policy Research Group (EPRG) and a Fellow of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge. Michael has published extensively on energy policy and the performance of electric utilities. Between 2007 and 2011 he was external economic advisor to the GB energy regulator, Ofgem, and he is currently an advisor to EdF Energy and the NRDC in New York. His current research interests include low carbon electricity market reforms and the future of energy networks.
