Marco Bucci
Mayor of Genoa, Italy,
Born in Genoa, after graduation (Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry) he has held multiple global assignments, having lived in Europe and the USA.
From the mid- 80s to the end of the 90s he has been working at 3M, chemicals.
From 1999 to 2016 he has been working at Kodak and Carestream Health, leading operations to make the brand popular and plan further development phases.
From October 2015 to April 2017 he was Chairman of the Board at Liguria Digitale, Genoa.
He is married, and has one son, Matteo and one daughter, Francesca.
Among his hobbies and interests: hiking in the backcountry. He loves the sea and mountain climbing as well.
He was elected Mayor of Genoa on June 2017.

Institutional Bodies; Communications; International and European Policies; International Cooperation; Citizen participation in public decision-making; Policies and Development strategies for Subsidiary companies; European funding for Research and Development; Port and sea; Relationships with the City Council members; Municipalities and the Metropolitan area; Law and legal affairs; Sport promotion; Enhancement of municipal assets; Civil defence and enhancement of the value and quality of volunteers.
