Julia Bock-Schappelwein was born in 1976. She is an Economist, actually working as senior researcher at the Austrian Institute of Economic Research in Vienna (WIFO). She received her Master Degree in Economics in 1999, from the University of Vienna. Her scientific activity focuses on labour market issues (employment, unemployment), education and international migration. She is actually working on digitalization, gender and labour. She has been a contributing author to several WIFO publications and has published in an international refereed journal.
