Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Newfund,
He graduated from HEC, Sciences Po and ENA in Paris. In the late 1990s he held senior positions at Casino, a major French retail group, where he founded and ran several new ventures. From 2001 to 2007 he was an investor at Cita Gestion, a private equity fund, generating superior returns with investments that included AlloCiné, Direct Energie, and 1001Listes. He founded Newfund in 2008, together with Patrick Malka.
Newfund () is a leading independent French venture capital firm, investing in France and the US with an 8-strong team of mostly former entrepreneurs, all passionate about entrepreneurship and growing businesses. So far, Newfund has invested in 70 companies in software (Aircall, Zinier), e-services (Jobijoba, 1001Pharmacies), fintech (Limonetik, Trade it), medtech (Medtech Surgical, In2Bones), and industrials (V-Motech, Tageos). Newfund manages €200m across three funds.
