Eva Jüngling
Eva is a Research Assistant working on energy and climate topics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from the Vienna University of Business and Economics and a master’s degree in environmental economics from the London School of Economics. In her MSc thesis, she studied the effects of droughts on electricity generation and the associated shifts in energy sources.
Before joining Bruegel, she worked at the European Commission in DG Agri as a Bluebook Trainee and as an Assistant in the Analysis and Outlook Team. Her research interests span a wide range of topics but always with the connection to climate impacts and adaptation.
Eva is fluent in German and English, has a good working knowledge of Spanish and is currently learning French.
