Elisa Grafulla
Cluster Development Director, European Union of National Institutes of Culture – EUNIC,
Elisa Grafulla is Cluster Development Director at EUNIC Global, the executive secretariat of the EUNIC network. She is responsible for managing, strengthening and expanding the network of over 100 EUNIC clusters worldwide. Her responsibilities include providing guidance to clusters in defining and implementing strategic frameworks, designing processes and programmes to build the capacities of clusters, and managing the EUNIC Cluster Fund, among others. Elisa has worked for internationally recognised organisations such as KEA European Affairs, the Spanish Ministry for Culture or the Centre for Fine Arts – BOZAR. Her experience includes the development and implementation of successful EU funded projects for the culture sector, research on the socioeconomic value of culture and on cross-sectoral collaborations, the monitoring of the EU’s policies for the culture and creative sector, and cultural management. Elisa’s academic background combines a M.A. in Fine Arts with another one in Translation and Interpretation of languages.

EUNIC members work in the arts, languages, youth, education, science, society, intercultural dialogue and development.
