David Nguyen is a senior economist at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research in London and a research associate at the Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence. Together with Diane Coyle he is co-leading research projects on “Economic Welfare in the Digital Economy” and “Measuring Digital Innovation”. Both form part of a wider research agenda that looks into improving measurements of GDP and welfare in the digital economy with a focus on time use.
