Bas Heerma van Voss

Bas Heerma van Voss is a principal economist at the Dutch Central Bank. His work focusses on climate change and mitigation policy, as well as pensions and social policy. Previously, he worked for Dutch government in several roles on energy and climate policy, foreign policy, and the Covid-19 response. He holds a position as a PhD-student at Radboud University, exploring when and why states (do not) invest in preventing long-term risks that threaten society.
