Annika Eriksgård
Director for international economic and financial relations, global governance, European Commission, DG ECFIN
Annika Eriksgård worked with applied economics for 30 years in private and public sector in domestic and international context for both advanced and emerging economies. She is currently Director for International economic and financial relations and global governance at the European Commission Directorate General for Economic and Financial affairs. She has earlier worked as e.g. Head of Unit responsible for economic relations with EU Neighbourhood Countries and for the Macro-Financial Assistance programme; for G groups and the IMF and for the Commission’s macroeconomic projections. Ms Eriksgård has also served as a member of the cabinet of Commissioner Gradin in charge of economic and budgetary matters as well as Head of the Economic and Financial Section of the EU Delegation to China.
