Prior to joining DIGITALEUROPE as Manager of the Digital Economy Policy Group, Alexander worked as a public affairs consultant at Community Public Affairs and APCO Worldwide’s Brussels office where he advised companies on issues related to digital privacy, security and cloud computing. Previously, Alexander completed a traineeship at the Swedish American Chambers of Commerce in Washington DC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Economics from Bates College in Maine, USA. He also took part in a Master’s degree in EU Affairs from Lund University in Lund, Sweden.
Alexander is an American and Finnish national. He speaks fluent English and Swedish and has a working knowledge of Danish and Norwegian.
