Alexander Morozov
Director of Research and Forecasting, Central Bank of Russia,
Mr Morozov has been engaged in research work at the Russian Academy of Sciences for about 10 years. In the period from 1994 to 2005, Alexander worked as a senior adviser on economics in the field of macroeconomics and budget policy at the World Bank, and then transferred to the position of chief economist for Russia and the CIS countries at HSBC Holding. Since September 2015, he has been Director of the Research and Forecasting Department at the Bank of Russia. Alexander Morozov has numerous publications in Russian and international economic journals, a series of studies on macroeconomics and budget policy.
