A significant component of current policy debates around the newly-labeled Savings and Investment Union is about scale-up financing in the EU and how best to foster it from its current relatively low level. This event will be held in non-public brainstorming format, bringing together qualified participants bringing diverse perspectives to the conversation. The event will be moderated by Nicolas Véron.
